When you order a ready to ship garment there is a processing time of 2-5 business days. Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped, these events may occur.  Processing time excludes weekedns and holidays.

* During sales and events, processing time can take an additional 3-7 business days. 

MADE TO ORDER

When you order a cut and sew garment there is a processing time of 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks).  Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped, these events may occur.  Processing time excludes weekedns and holidays. Some garments have a longer processing time please refer to item description for exact processing times.

•  Expedited Overnight | $39.99

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

International Shipping | 7-14 Business Days + 48-72 business hours Processing Time Duties & Taxes Prepaid

Both shipping costs are calculated based on geographical location of delivery address and total weight of parcel. Please follow checkout options to receive your calculated rate and estimated delivery time. Please note customs fees may apply for shipments according to local legislation. Pinkerflies does not enforce these fees, therefore we are not able to waive fees upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable

Pinkerflies does not pay for custom fees or duties.  These are the customers responsibility.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Pinkerflies is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
